STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on "Windows can cover" in latte settings
2. Enter the "Overview" effect
OBSERVED RESULT
Incorrect display of the upper panel in the effect, sometimes it disappears
EXPECTED RESULT
Displaying the panel in the same form as it appears on the desktop, not
inverted
