Addons overlay can make Discover

SUMMARY

Double-clicking on the addon button on a page in Discover can make the view not
get updated until the window is resized. To be honest, I've managed to make the
page freeze with a single click as well in some cases, but double-clicking is
the most reliable way of reproducing the bug. Sometimes, I also manage to make
the window stay alive, but clicking on the button again wouldn't bring up the
overlay until switching to another app's page and back. You might have to keep
trying to trigger the bug several times to see it in action.

Please refer to the attached video to see how to reproduce it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Search for Dolphin
3. Double-click on "Addons" as fast as possible until the bug happens

OBSERVED RESULT

The page looks stuck until the window gets resized/unmaximized

EXPECTED RESULT

No matter how fast or how many times the user clicks, it shouldn't get stuck.
