[digikam] [Bug 391627] Select to run Face Detection, process indicator stets to increase. Some time later return to find computer has crashed and needs power off reset.

OK, I made the V7.6 file Executable and run it, got lots of errors: 

digikam: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28' not found 
digikam: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.29' not found 

I tried to install these but get:

E: Unable to locate package GLIBC_2.28
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'GLIBC_2.28'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'GLIBC_2.28'
E: Unable to locate package GLIBC_2.28
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'GLIBC_2.28'
