STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch few apps in order to populate app dashboard recent apps menu
2. Try to launch apps from recent apps menu
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes none of the apps launch, sometimes almost all launch
EXPECTED RESULT
Apps from recent menu should start when clicked
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm having this issues for many months now unable to resolve
