KWin sends a leave event, this must be a qmenu bug. Can you file an upstream
bug report please? This bug can be also reproduced with regular wayland
applications:
* kill plasmashell or start nested `dbus-run-session kwin_wayland
--exit-with-session=kate` or weston
* start kate or dolphin
* right click
* open some nested menu so it hangs a little bit outside the main window
* move the cursor outside the nested menu so it ends up outside the main window
in the dark area
