SUMMARY
I have multiple displays and I use Super+Up/Down/Left/Right to move my apps
between them.
They are arranged:

I can move them between the three at the bottom but when it's on the bottom
left screen I can't move it to the top screen. Super + Up just pushes it to the
top of that display, then to my far right screen, not to the display above.
