When changing the "Main layout count" value in the spinbox, the apply button
doesn't get enabled, something else .
This also applies to the "Spare layouts" checkbox, which just enables that
spinbox.
It's a bit annoying to fix because the spinbox is hooked up directly to
kconfig, overwriting the "current" value immediately, and there are references
to that all over the place.
