Obviously, this is not happening for most people; it must be something peculiar
to your system. As Wolthera said, it's most likely a graphics card/driver
issue. To verify that: does the problem go away if you disable opengl in the
settings dialog? And is the problem still present with the latest development
build? (http://files.kde.org/krita/3/windows/devbuilds/krita-3.0.1-alpha2.zip)
