After tagging an MP3 file with version 2 tags, the file cannot be played
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Tag a MP3 file using ID3v2 tag
2. Try to play that file using Groove Music
OBSERVED RESULT
Groove Music cannot play the file. 0xc00d36c4
