            Bug ID: 449202
Summary: Panel freezes shortly after boot
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.23.4
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Panel
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: ked...@yandex.ru
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
After system startup, after a couple of minutes, the bottom panel completely
freezes. It stops updating time, showing active windows, etc. But all other
parts of the system work just fine. Even more, if I click somewhere on the
panel where some kind of widget/tray button/app should be, it opens it as
usual. If I kill plasmashell and start it again manually, this problem goes
away and doesn't occur again until next reboot. The only possible problem
source I found are those log messages:

Jan 26 18:19:58 fedora plasmashell[1891]:
