Send-to-Screen submenu available under Window Operations Menu

It must be added that although such a feature is available (as a submenu called
"Move to Screen") under the Window Operations Menu (see Screenshot1.png), only
that submenu is missing from the context menu of the corresponding application
activated from the Task Manager (see Screenshot2.png).

In my opinion this feature would be very useful in scenarios wherein the user
deliberately hides the window's border. Even though, in such a situation, other
possibilites still exist to move the window to another screen, this feature
would be the least effort requiring, and, hence, I would also love to have such
a feature.

Hence, this request from my side as well.

Thanks in advance.
