Hello,
I gave a try to this issue.
I could copy a bunch files from a USB to the desktop.
The notification window worked as expected. It closed automatically once files
were copied.
Operating System: Kubuntu 21.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.5
I'm going change the state to needs more info.
