This is an issue in X11 itself; X11 grabs all keyboard input when a menu is
open, so the global shortcuts for opening spectacle do not work.
It already works properly on Wayland.
On X11, you can use Spectacle's timer feature to do it. Activate the timer,
take the screenshot, then open the menu before the timer runs out.
