Previously assigned geolocation tags are not shown in geolocation editor
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Assign reverse location tags to photo using geolocation editor
2. Save changes and exit geolocation editor
3. Re-open image in geolocation editor
OBSERVED RESULT
No tags listed for image
EXPECTED RESULT
Assigned reverse geolocation tags being listed.
