I can confirm this happens on any scaling above 100% on Wayland. I also tested
with Xorg and I couldn't reproduce the issue. It's Wayland-specific.
I also noticed the icon looks much blurrier with scaling on Wayland. On X,
where the bug doesn't happen, the icon looks crisp. The animation is probably
not getting scaled properly on Wayland.
