STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter edit mode
2. change the icons-only task manager height from 40 to 38

OBSERVED RESULT
The applications menu's icon gets much smaller than it should mismatching the
other icons in the panel.
EXPECTED RESULT
The applications menu's icon gets smaller at the same proportion than the other
icons in the panel.
You need to decrease the height a bit more to 36, than the other icons
"dramatically" reduce in size and they fit, but the ideal was that all matched
at height 38.
Maybe this happens because there are not enough version of the icons, there
isn't a size 38 for that icon, right?
