STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load up Dolphin 21.07.70 for Windows 10/11
2. Notice there is no dark mode in the settings menu/view panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
Blinding white interface.
EXPECTED RESULT
Dark mode to suit the Dark Mode setting enabled in the OS.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10/11
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dolphin is so fast in Windows compared to any other file manager I've used, so
a dark mode is the only major thing missing. Please add it.
