Cannot reproduce.
1. Does it affect animations other than window minimize/maximize animations?
E.g. the slide animation when you click on a category in System Settings'
sidebar view while there is only one column visible
2. What graphics hardware are you using?
3. Have you changed your screen's resolution or refresh rate from their default
values?
