Playback FPS overlay in Clip Monitor shows maximum playback rate to be, for
example, 29.97fps when the video clip framerate is only 23.976fps. It should be
showing the playback rate of the clip, not the monitor.
Reproducible: Always
Bug discovered while using Kdenlive git master build via
ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-master.
Ubuntu 16.04 x64, Unity 7.4.0 desktop environment.
KDE Frameworks 5.18.0
