When switching from breeze to breeze twilight, panel remains light. Also in
system settings->Appereance->Plasma style it shows Breeze as "Follows color
scheme".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch global theme to Breeze, apply settings
2. Switch global theme to Breeze twilight, apply settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel and applets remain light.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel and applets should become dark as shown in the thumbnail.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug also partially breaks accent color, since it is only applied to
applications and not to plasma itself.
