windowsize doesnt fit screen size & its impossible to make the window small
enough to fit the screen. Im on linux mint

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open krita on linux mint
2. try to resize the windowsize to fit the screen.
3. fullscreen mode dosent help, theres always parts of the window outside of
the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
Krita window is way to big for the screen and cant be scaled down.
