STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate "Highlight changed settings"
2. Go to any KCM and change any setting, click on apply
OBSERVED RESULT
The just changed setting still has a blue rectangle. First when you hover the
mouse over it, it becomes orange as expected.
EXPECTED RESULT
The just changed setting turns orange like all other changed settings without
further user interaction.
