SUMMARY
In you unlock the places pane, you can drag and drop it to move it to a
different side. However, in the Neon beta this doesn't work as expected:
1) The dragged places pane moves to the center and stays there fixed, releasing
let's it move back to its original position
2) It shows a titlebar and its title reads "&Places" with an et
