            Bug ID: 448369
Summary: Keyboard shortcuts ignored after restarting kwin
           Product: kwin
           Version: 5.23.5
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: input
          Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: avalonva...@protonmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Restarting kwin with kwin_x11 --replace (something which I rely on a lot
unfortunately) causes all keyboard shortcuts, Alt+tab as well as custom ones,
to stop working.
Switching/closing windows is still possible using the mouse, and shortcuts
related to other components of kde function normally (e.g. can launch new
instance of app on system tray by clicking it with middle mouse button).
***
NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug
symbols.
