SUMMARY

If i hover with the mouse too quickly onto an element and out of it or just
pass through it accidentally, tooltips try to display themselves but then
become corrupt. Usually they disappear after a couple seconds of confusing
gibberish flickering. I have observed this in both standalone applications like
Libreoffice and hovering over the default Plasma panel.

This may be hard to reproduce and may seem like something niche oir unimportant
but it does happen when you least expect it and gives plasma a broken look.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a program with lots of widgets that display tooltips when hovered over
2. Try to pass with the mouse quickly over some of them randomly and quickly.

OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltips try to appear but are broken and don't display correctly.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltips either appear normally or don't appear for the quick passthrough
at all.
