SUMMARY After updating a program (in my case Pinta 1.7.1-1 to 2.0.1-1) when you open the product page before it finished updating it will try to open the previous version which does not exist after it has been updated. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Start updating pinta 1.7.1-1 to 2.0.1-1 2. While it's updating open the info page of pinta 3. Try to open it before and after it has finished updating OBSERVED RESULT 'pinta;1.7.1-1;any;installed: could not find or read package' and does not open pinta EXPECTED RESULT Should open the newly updated pinta program SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.23.5 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.90.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Restarted Discover fixes this issue as a workaround.
