It seems that this has been fixed meanwhile. I can set lower numbers (the only
issue is that in Accessibility -> Keyboard modifiers the UI does not tell me
what unit the setting is in, but on my x380 I could resolve the bad keyboard
driver with it and it does not have a range limitation anymore)
