STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a new vector layer and draw a rectangle
2. Select the rectangle and execute select-convert shapes to vector selection
3.hide the selection mask and execute select-convert shapes to vector selection
again
OBSERVED RESULT
the second selection mask can’t work
