Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. do some changes in Keyboard Shortcuts per Application configuration module,
and apply it
1.a May be needed to restart this configuration module
2. push button "by default" (по умолчанию) - in section Keyboard Shortcuts per
Application
3. click on Global Keyboard Shortcuts (second item in left menu) (Глобальные
комбинации клавиш)
4. in confirmation window click to Discard changes (Отклонить)
5. click on Keyboard Shortcuts per Application (first item in the left menu)
Actual Results:
each item in the list will be duplicated:

Expected Results:
each item in the list should not be duplicated
