            Bug ID: 447914
Summary: Just downloaded digiKam 7.4.0 to new Dell XPS 8940
computer using Windows 11. Got the message (attached)
that the plugins were not loaded. Not sure what to
do. Is something blocking them? What can I do to
                    resolve this?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just downloaded the digiKam 7.4.0 app. Everything installed fine. Did a
Restart. Upon opening app, get a warning.
2. Warning on screen states that "No plugins were loaded, please check if the
plugins were installed in one of the following paths: System Path: C:/Program
Files/digiKam Local Path: C:/Users/noels/AppData/Local/.marble/plugins
Also check if the plugin is compiled against the right version of Marble.
Analyzing the debut messages inside a debugger might give more insight.
3. This warning appears every time the app is launched. But then the app
opens. Because I am just now starting to use it, I do not really know if there
is anything wrong.

OBSERVED RESULT
This warning is popping up every time I launch the app on the desktop.

EXPECTED RESULT
Do not know what to do with this info. Have verified that the plugins are
loaded correctly in the System Path. But the "Local Path" is not there as
described as far as I can see. And I do not know what "Marble" is.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Is there a video tutorial somewhere to help me figure out what to do?
