It is a well known basic principle that the user interface should never be
changed unless there are compelling reasons to do so.
In case such a changement is inevitable, there should also be implemented a
possibility for users to configure their choice to keep old style or change to
new approach.
Unless the KDE gurus deliver convincing arguments why this has not been done,
IMHO this is one more proof of contempt of the users.
