I think it might have been fixed a while ago. I'd been on version 20.12.2 for a while and I hadn't really noticed any issues related to this. Anyway, I updated to version 21.12.0 just now, and everything here seems fine here as well. (See attached screenshot.) On my 1920 x 1080 laptop monitor with 125% scaling, the grip width seems to be ~6 pixels now. Previously, it was ~2 pixels.
