Dolphin is missing an icon and uses the default windows icon instead.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin has no icon in either the task bar, nor its title bar
EXPECTED RESULT
The dolphin icon should appear
