STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Activity Bar Widget to the task bar
2. Right click on desktop and select "Configure desktop and wallpaper"
settings.
3. Might be reproduced by opening other settings too, but the step 2 happens
always

Activity name text gets cut in half
