I couldn't use the addCertificate method directly because it has been added in
Qt 5.15 and we use Qt5.12 to compile android package (we are not yet compatible
with Qt5.14+).
I also added the display of the openSSL version in the GCompris help panel to
be sure it uses the one we provide.

There are debug logs to display the list of the certificates (and an error log
in case the rootX1 file cannot be loaded).

I downloaded the certificate from https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/
(https://letsencrypt.org/certs/isrgrootx1.pem)
