Hi,
On Mageia if I look in Menu -> Applications -> Tools the icon from
org.kde.KCharSelect.desktop is not displayed.
The icon is:
$ cat /usr/share/applications/org.kde.KCharSelect.desktop |grep Icon
Icon=accessories-character-map
$
So if I look in the breeze icons theme there is no
accessories-character-map.png file.
