SUMMARY

I have changed the toolbar settings and turned off the menu but when I restart
kopete the windows "comes back" using the defaults, i.e. menu is visible,
toolbar icon size is medium with text

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. hide the menu (ctrl-m)
2. change toolbar icons to "small, no text"
3. quit kopete with ctrl-q
4. start kopete
OBSERVED RESULT
Kopete uses standard size toolbar icons with text, and has the menu visible
EXPECTED RESULT
The kopete main window should behave as configured above.
