SUMMARY
The tooltips for applets in the panel/other places close automatically after
some time period, even if the cursor is stationary and hovering over them,
which is bad when the tooltips have lots of text (eg the Pager tooltip, listing
the names of windows open in a specific Virtual Desktop)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over some item in the panel (eg the Application Launcher)
OBSERVED RESULT
A tooltip pops up and stays for some time, but then disappears.
EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltips should stay for an indefinite period of time as long as the cursor
is hovering over it.
