My IONOS email account is now working OK.  However, my BT email account is
still failing, with the message, 

"Unable to login to the server "mail.btinternet.com".  Login via SASL(LOGIN)
failed.  The server may not support LOGIN,or the password may be wrong. Could
not send to server."

I've tried selecting 'Clear text', 'LOGIN' and 'PLAIN' for the 'Configure
KMail'.'Receiving'.'Modify'.'Advanced'.'Authentication', but I get the above
message just the same, in all three cases.  (The password is correct!)
