SUMMARY
Can reproduce on both Arch (Plasma 5.23.4) and neon unstable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Connections KCM
2. click on IPv4 or IPv6 tab
3. hover over empty area as seen in the attached screenshot
OBSERVED RESULT
Unnecessary 'Advanced IP settings' tooltip appears
EXPECTED RESULT
no tooltip when we hover over empty areas
