SUMMARY

when i zoom in with Meta+= and enable the FPS effect the FPS effect is not
magnified but stays always ontop of the zoom area.
you can zoom out with Meta+-

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure FPS effect to be shown
2. Zoom in by Meta+= (multible times to see the issue more easy)
OBSERVED RESULT
The FPS overlay is always ontop of the zoom area and it is not magnified
EXPECTED RESULT
1. it should stay relative to the workspace not to the zoom area (so it should
not move arround with the zoom area)
2. it should be magnified as well
