Qt translation is not part of Qt, it's a separated project. KDE has been
maintaining a branch of Qt 5 after the final official release, fixing its bugs
and included updated Qt translations for many languages.

The OK/Cancel buttons come from Qt Translation. Krita solved this issue by
building the binaries with a updated Qt+Qt Translation as I mentioned in the
original description of this bug.

For the strings missing in comment 23, I suspect they are KDE framework
translations. Since I'm also maintaining KDE Framework translations, I'm pretty
sure those translations were completed long ago. There has to be something
wrong in our building system.
