SUMMARY
With applications that allow changing the color scheme, like Kate, when the
selected color scheme doesn't have header colors it uses the colors from the
system's color scheme for menubar and toolbar.
If the system color scheme doesn't have the header colors, then there is no
problem.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install color scheme without header colors Edna, Moe Dark, Nordic
2. Open Kate
3. Change color scheme to one of the above mentioned schemes
OBSERVED RESULT
Menubar and toolbar colors don't change.
EXPECTED RESULT
Menubar and toolbar colors change too.
