STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. on Linux platform is "GSconnect" and the service is "deactivated".
2. on Android12 "KDEconnect" app is "paused".
As soon as you turn on WLAN on Android12, the "KDEconnect" app starts
broadcasting to UDPport 1716
and tries a TCPconnection to a remembered peer.
3. all can be measured with wireshark on Linux platform (peer host)

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
If I "pause" app "KDEconnect" on Android12, I expect the related core processes
with the LANsocket to be "paused" as well.
No UDP broadcast to port 1716, no TCPconnect attempt.
