STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add "tool options" to left menu dock
2. select "transform" tool
3. notice options items
OBSERVED RESULT
initial size of option panel cuts SOME items (on right side of dock) and sizing
of docker does not size all items and is not prevented from going too narrow
EXPECTED RESULT
all transform Option items should size OR initial width of dock should be
limited and not allow size to cut-off items
