Video kickoff delay
SUMMARY
When hovering the categories of the kickoff launcher, sometimes there is a
weird delay and the hovering doesn't correctly follow the mouse movement. This
makes using the launcher feel very glitchy and unsatisfiying.

For me, this has been this way since the launch of the new kockoff launcher.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kickoff launcher
2. hover over the categories (especially when not hovering an icons or the
text)
OBSERVED RESULT
When hovering a new list item, it should be highlighted and selected
EXPECTED RESULT
Sometimes hovering a new list item doesn't change anything. Further wiggling of
the mouse is needed to recognize the cursor position
