SUMMARY
When switching from the bouncing progress bar animation to the actual
percentage-based progress bar, the bar becomes too long and overflows.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Plasma integration plugin on Firefox
2. Download something small (e.g. RPMs)
OBSERVED RESULT
Progress bar overflows. (see attached GIF)
EXPECTED RESULT
Progress bar should not overflow.
