Error popup
SUMMARY
When starting krita5.0beta5 in windows8.1, an error popup (picture) will
appear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install krita-x64-5.0.0-beta5-setup.exe in windows 8.1
2.Start krita5.0beta5
3.An error pop-up appears (picture)
OBSERVED RESULT
An error pop-up appears (picture)
EXPECTED RESULT
Like starting krita on windows10, there is no error popup.
