Bug ID: 446545 Summary: Re-arranging favorites in menu is glitchy Product: plasmashell Version: 5.23.3 Platform: Debian testing OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Application Launcher (Kickoff) Assignee: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk Reporter: rossi.t...@gmail.com CC: mikel5...@gmail.com, plasma-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: 1.0 SUMMARY When I want to move around an icon in my favorites to re-organize them, somehow my cursor is still hooked to the icon after I realease the drag-click. So, if I click on a white space of this view, it will consider it as a click on the icon and will start the corresponding application. Also, because of that, I cannot move another one, as the hook stays on the previously dragged icon. I have to close the menu and re-open it to move another icon around. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Kickoff, go to Favorites panel 2. Move around an icon. 3. Try to move another one, you'll see that somehow, it moves the previously dragged icon and not the new one. 3-alt. Or just click on a white space, and it will behave as if you clicked the icon and start the application.
