Currently, KDE only has support for wacom tablets in X11 through
xf86-input-wacom. However it does not work in wayland where libinput or
OpenTabletDriver is required. Hence there is no way to configure them in
wayland

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to plasma wayland
2. Open system settings and navigate to input>graphics tablet
OBSERVED RESULT
The settings module shows "only X11 supported"
EXPECTED RESULT
Tablet settings should be exposed to user
